Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. 

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Sale/clearance items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Lucyblue@blueyarnstudio.co.uk.

Shipping your return

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
• If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
