Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
- We ship to selected countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot ship there at this time.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
